We strive to pass on end user leads, share revenues or opportunities and build relationships. As a wholesaler we will handle end user leads in various ways, inclusive of but not obligated or limited to passing leads to third parties, such as service bureaus, resellers, associates or new contacts. We may also choose to provide a quote directly with markup which will be paid to third parties. Alternatively we may have service bureaus or other third parties handle all the billing directly or provide some of the required end user services and bill end users accordingly. We may receive finderís fees or bill for services provided on behalf of end user or third parties involved in the process or define some other revenue or lead sharing arrangement with service bureaus or other resellers. We may also choose to simply pass the lead to service bureaus and other resellers. Our main focus is on being a wholesale provider of imaging services to imaging professionals and other resellers.
When archive writing of images to film, we need to be informed in advance of density, targets, resolution and state requirements as well as if any duplicates are needed by customer. It is also assumed that the film is being inspected and reviewed as we deliver.
Client personnel should conduct their own final inspection of all deliverables at all times regardless of the media or service. Within seven (5) days of delivery, Penny Imaging Exchange must be notified of any discrepancies; otherwise all deliveries will be considered accepted. Minimum billing may apply in most cases.
Any deliveries of images, indices or other data prepared by Penny Imaging Exchange that do not comply with the established specifications and standards, will be promptly replaced by Penny Imaging Exchange at its expense. Penny Imaging Exchange shall have no further liability whatsoever for any and all losses incurred, including, but not limited to liability for any consequential damages or the damage or loss of any document, data or media.
Any subsequent changes to procedures may be subject to change orders and impact cost and turnaround. Special handling, exceptions and frequency of exceptions will be evaluated and priced according to the amount of additional work needed.
Penny Imaging Exchange will deliver accurate reproductions provided that the original microforms, documents, data, graphics, images and details are consistent and clearly legible. All deliveries will meet the standards established and approved in the initial testing and final specifications. It is assumed customer or end user has the personnel and resources to verify and approve shipments on a timely and on-going basis as well as provide immediate feedback within five days of delivery. Initial samples followed by partial deliveries may be made. Payment is due at time of receipt of each partial shipment and is due regardless of whether or not you are paid by your customer. Copy of data and images may be deleted after ninety days from time of delivery.
